Mr. Christopher Rahn, Principal

Mr. Rahn has been an administrator in the West Perry School District since 2003 starting as the Assistant High School Principal and the balance of the time has been spent serving as Principal of West Perry High School.  Prior to entering administration, Mr. Rahn taught math first in Graham, North Carolina and then in the Northern York County School District in Pennsylvania.   Mr. Rahn is a graduate of Millersville University, completed his Masters through The Pennsylvania State University, and is pursuing a doctorate degree through Immaculata University. 

Mr. Rahn has also been an educational consultant and associate trainer in Safe Crisis Management (SCM) for JKM Training since 2010 where he has focused on implementing the SCM curriculum into the school setting in addition to training staff in other human service areas.

 

Mr. Cory Hoffman, Assistant Principal

Mr. Hoffman has been in education for over twenty years.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at King’s College in 2000 and his Teaching Certificate in Information Technology for Business Administration at Shippensburg University in 2004.  He earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership through Shippensburg University.  Mr. Hoffman spent the first four years of his career as a teacher and tactical officer at Carson Long Military Academy.  Mr. Hoffman began his West Perry tenure as a Business Teacher in 2004.  Beginning in 2007, Mr. Hoffman spent 7 years as the District’s Athletic Director/Transportation Director.  After five years as the Dean of Students at the Big Spring School District, Mr. Hoffman returned to West Perry in July 2020 to serve as the High School Assistant Principal.
